Absolutely disgusting service. Both myself and my daughter waiting for parcels that are Xmas presents and havent turned up. I will never get an order from anywhere that uses Hermes delivery again!!

I have used this company several times... lost a tv and got nothing back as your not supposed to post them but accepted my insurance money and lost a golf bag... must be easy to misplace that. I think the company has some very shady characters indeed.

Shocking service. My advise. If sending a parcel use a proper firm. Cheap courier = delays poor service and unhappy family

Last 3 parcels I received were all open and an item was missing!

Worse couriers EVER

Useless lost parcels and 9 days late sat at depot for 7 days

Ordered expensive perfume for the wife for Xmas. Hermes sent photo of ‘attempted delivery’. A picture of the BACK of an empty Jiffy bag. The surrounding brick work very distinctive but not even in our road. Never received it. Had to reorder from Boots who use Royal Mail. Hermes are just a bunch of thieves.

Love it, our delivery driver is absolutely amazing. Can't fault it at all.

Hermes are rubbish. They say your parcel is delayed then week(s) later they suddenly report it has been delivered - liars and my security CCTV can prove it! Of course it is a good way to avoid claims. As far as I am concerned they get a MINUS 10 star rating! Avoid at all costs
