My perfume for my wife never arrived. Hermes sent a photo showing ‘attempted delivery’. Not even taken in our road! Just shows the back of an obviously empty Jiffy bag. Why not show the address side. Completely useless. Now I want my money back!

Tracking service doesn’t work ! Had parcel on 15 th December according to the supplier , evidenced that to be that is has been received , no one answers the phone Pretty useless

I would never recommend Hermes to anyone especially not for business delivery’s. Hermes have offered me no customer support of any kind, their delivery is incredibly slow and they don’t even respond to complaints. I will be complaining to the appropriate Ombudsman regarding their service and will be recommending other delivery companies to anyone I know and work with.
