Worse couriers EVER

Useless lost parcels and 9 days late sat at depot for 7 days

Ordered expensive perfume for the wife for Xmas. Hermes sent photo of ‘attempted delivery’. A picture of the BACK of an empty Jiffy bag. The surrounding brick work very distinctive but not even in our road. Never received it. Had to reorder from Boots who use Royal Mail. Hermes are just a bunch of thieves.

Love it, our delivery driver is absolutely amazing. Can't fault it at all.

Hermes are rubbish. They say your parcel is delayed then week(s) later they suddenly report it has been delivered - liars and my security CCTV can prove it! Of course it is a good way to avoid claims. As far as I am concerned they get a MINUS 10 star rating! Avoid at all costs

Order from Amazon Seller went well until Hermes got their hands on the item 10 days later they lost it and I don’t have a present now for my nephew at Christmas. In my experience Hermes are a consistently unreliable operation.

Parcel has been at Hermes hub for 13 days now. No way of communicating with them. Rubbish

My perfume for my wife never arrived. Hermes sent a photo showing ‘attempted delivery’. Not even taken in our road! Just shows the back of an obviously empty Jiffy bag. Why not show the address side. Completely useless. Now I want my money back!
