Always late. Make up excuses saying you were not in etc when we were in. Use another courier

Tracking service doesn’t work ! Had parcel on 15 th December according to the supplier , evidenced that to be that is has been received , no one answers the phone Pretty useless

Never had any problems with this company at all

I would never recommend Hermes to anyone especially not for business delivery’s. Hermes have offered me no customer support of any kind, their delivery is incredibly slow and they don’t even respond to complaints. I will be complaining to the appropriate Ombudsman regarding their service and will be recommending other delivery companies to anyone I know and work with.

Must be the worst courier in the UK. Any sellers that use these will be loosing my custom.

Parcels always go missing and awful at updating

I don't know about England. But. Scotland is terrible. Goodness knows how they are still in business. The Royal Mail is so much better. If they are unable to deliver as no answer. They leave a calling card. Nothing from this dreaded company. I will never use them again...

Shocking should be closed down

They lost both my orders from two different sellers in the same week. 100% fail rate. Another new order has also gone missing this week...why do people use them? I know they're cheap but they lose every single order

Late or lost, I may never know with this company

Been waiting since 15/12 for my parcel tracking advice has not changed . Can’t speak to anyone as it’s a automated service. Next step I’m going to email COE

Their next day delivery took 15 days. This happened last three times. If you want customer service you are out of luck. Impossible to speak to a human and they don't care about you. I will no longer buy anything off any company that uses hermes.

Hermans all the driver are very rude , I order for pick parcel from my address no knock or ring bell driver leave place and I have got Message , I ordered my address , he should to knock the door and hand over but he didn’t just run off , my mum call him but didn’t hear .

Awful , when try to use system does not work and said parcel was tried to be delivered , but we have ring door bell and no one came , when checked on your system from email said it was delivered at 01.12. (From memory) NO ONE CAME otherwise would have been on footage

Paid for express two day delivery it’s been 5 days still no delivery
