Total faceless company. Automated assistance is useless. Only interested when things run smoothly. Parcel missing now for over 3 weeks and still tracked as being sorted. Poor service. Avoid at busy periods as they are struggling to cope and don't communicate well with complaints.

Is the worst currier ever. I keep asking the suppliers to stop using its service cos is utterly ridiculous the way the delivery guys works always dropping parcels in the entrance of the building were several times has been stolen also last time they broke the item I was getting delivered, the supplier acknowledged about several complaints against Hermes.

Had nothing but issues with Hermes, live fish delivered late and a strop when I asked to inspect before accepting and then today something supposed to arrive by 10pm but tracking still says we'll let you know when we receive your parcel. Complete waste of time and would never chose if given the choice.

Should go out of business, terrible service ,can't speak or get in touch with anyone and if you do it's automated ,very stressful .I've been waiting 3 weeks because of a mistake with postcode and can't even tell anyone so they can put it right

Been awaiting parcel for over ten days, tracking stopped over a week ago, seems same story repeating very often, I accept Xmas is a busy time, but the tracking app would be aswell been a wheres wally app, as trying to find anything is difficult

Give these idiots zero stars and that's being generous. Delivered a essential item to the wrong address 250 miles away and now I have the hassle of trying to sort it out. Incompetent and utter garbage service. Deal with them at your peril.

Worst delivery ever. Ordered something from amazon and supposed to be delivered by hermes and not received it and was supposed to be here today and it is a Christmas present not happy

Awful, awful, awful....doesn't turn up and if it does the driver doesn't even bother to ring our bell let alone actually deliver it to our front door and leaves it in a public communal area. The first you know is when you get a email with a photo and you have to try and work out where it is before it's stolen! I would give zero stars if I could

Your service is garbage, your company deserves it’s piss poor reputation. It’s not the fault of the staff, they’re allowed to get away with taking the piss. Your entire management tier needs sacking for their inability to do their jobs. Why and how are you even in business?
