Give these idiots zero stars and that's being generous. Delivered a essential item to the wrong address 250 miles away and now I have the hassle of trying to sort it out. Incompetent and utter garbage service. Deal with them at your peril.

Worst delivery ever. Ordered something from amazon and supposed to be delivered by hermes and not received it and was supposed to be here today and it is a Christmas present not happy

Awful, awful, awful....doesn't turn up and if it does the driver doesn't even bother to ring our bell let alone actually deliver it to our front door and leaves it in a public communal area. The first you know is when you get a email with a photo and you have to try and work out where it is before it's stolen! I would give zero stars if I could

Said no one was in when there was. Didn't bother coming to the door. Useless.

Two items, 1 was 10 days late, and damaged, this one....who knows, don't bother with them.

They Keep rescheduling deliveries and then not delivering and other parcels delivered to wrong address

Your service is garbage, your company deserves it’s piss poor reputation. It’s not the fault of the staff, they’re allowed to get away with taking the piss. Your entire management tier needs sacking for their inability to do their jobs. Why and how are you even in business?

Had something posted on the 15 of dec and now is the 21st and is not even out for delivery, their service is a joke

This is twice now my parcel has said its been delivered and have not received it. I am absolutely disgusted by your service

The worst company ever.

Absolutely awful delivery service. I get around 4-5 Hermes deliveries a month. This year I haven’t had a single item that has not been opened, packaging torn, pierced and even missing on two occasions. Now it’s December and Hermes are delivering 6 packages this month of which 4 are lost.

The delivery lady is so pilote and always friendly she deserves a promotion

If you want something on time, don't use

2 parcels just disappeared into thin air and another sent a photo of the night sky to advise no-one was home?!

I don't understand how this company is still in business?? Waiting on 2 next day delivery parcels from 9th Dec... Absolutely shocking service.
