Absolutely awful delivery service. I get around 4-5 Hermes deliveries a month. This year I haven’t had a single item that has not been opened, packaging torn, pierced and even missing on two occasions. Now it’s December and Hermes are delivering 6 packages this month of which 4 are lost.

The delivery lady is so pilote and always friendly she deserves a promotion

If you want something on time, don't use

2 parcels just disappeared into thin air and another sent a photo of the night sky to advise no-one was home?!

Worst company ever, can’t speak to a human, stopped delivering in my area, one parcel at depot another should have been delivered between a specified time, but no sign of anyone, and no updates as to where the parcel is. Absolutely disgusting

Parcel has been in transit for 12 days no update on last six days cannot find a contact number to speak with a human poor service

Awful. Lose your parcels. Tracking is useless and not updating. Parcels that I paid insurance on and have been damaged and I've not had a penny back ?

Been waiting 4 weeks for my parcel that i paid next day delivery for!! And all the tracking says its in transit?? If i knew the shop i ordered from was going to use hermes, i would never of ordered! Well thats 3 christmas presents short!!

Absolutely Shocking. Automated systems do not allow you to find out what has happened to your package.
