Late... They say on tracking that they have solved the address error. What error? Hermes is the only company that ca"t find me. This happens regularly.

Shocking Service by this company, you get what you pay for, this company uses random members of the public to deliver parcels, no wonder some never make it !

Worst delivery service ever

Paid for next day delivery last Sunday 12/12 and dropped off before noon. It's now over week later and parcel has sent not been received! Why and where is my parcel?

24/11/21 they said is next day delivery not yet delivered

Parcels not delivered. You track them delivery date 06.12.21 can’t do delivery you will get parcel next working day. Now 20.12.21 and no parcel. You email the director and don’t get a response. You are left chasing the company you ordered from for a refund when someone at Hermes has your parcel. Advise don’t order with companies that use Hermes as a delivery service.
