Fuming you haven't delivered yet another Christmas present for my child. You did this last Christmas too. I want my goods now. Please don't use the sad pathetic parcel company. They are all thieves and get joy of other peoples parcels and money

Shocking Service by this company, you get what you pay for, this company uses random members of the public to deliver parcels, no wonder some never make it !

Worst delivery service ever

Paid for next day delivery last Sunday 12/12 and dropped off before noon. It's now over week later and parcel has sent not been received! Why and where is my parcel?

“Rerouted” parcel clearly means lost parcel. So many bad experiences over the years. My heart sinks when I order from a company and see it will be arriving by Hermes

How is this courier still in business. Parcel delivered 2359 to to home address to who's address coz it want mine.. Help center no help at all. Got a picture of delivery well let me see it.. Honisty its beyond believe

24/11/21 they said is next day delivery not yet delivered

Parcels not delivered. You track them delivery date 06.12.21 can’t do delivery you will get parcel next working day. Now 20.12.21 and no parcel. You email the director and don’t get a response. You are left chasing the company you ordered from for a refund when someone at Hermes has your parcel. Advise don’t order with companies that use Hermes as a delivery service.

I'm furious .yet another parcel has gone missing .disgusting service .to say it was delivered and it definitely was not I'm taking this further

My parcel has shown as at depot for 11 days. Terrible courier. Pay a little extra and use a better courier people!!

I ordered a few items on the 16/12/2021,to be delivered direct to the store on a retail park.The driver couldn’t have looked at the address properly,as he tried to deliver to a house.Those items were needed today.20/12/2021.Unfortunately they are still out on delivery even though they have been out to deliver since 10:42am today.It is now 17:30pm and they still haven’t delivered to store.I am really disappointed that now it’s too late for me to have these items.

They say they delivered to an outbuilding although I was at home. We have 9 outbuildings. Searched all of them still looking

Ordered a bag of vermiculite from Amazon 6 days ago, Amazon say that they dispatched it but Hermes say they don't have it. Absolutely useless delivery company.
