I'm furious .yet another parcel has gone missing .disgusting service .to say it was delivered and it definitely was not I'm taking this further

My parcel has shown as at depot for 11 days. Terrible courier. Pay a little extra and use a better courier people!!

I ordered a few items on the 16/12/2021,to be delivered direct to the store on a retail park.The driver couldn’t have looked at the address properly,as he tried to deliver to a house.Those items were needed today.20/12/2021.Unfortunately they are still out on delivery even though they have been out to deliver since 10:42am today.It is now 17:30pm and they still haven’t delivered to store.I am really disappointed that now it’s too late for me to have these items.

They say they delivered to an outbuilding although I was at home. We have 9 outbuildings. Searched all of them still looking

Ordered a bag of vermiculite from Amazon 6 days ago, Amazon say that they dispatched it but Hermes say they don't have it. Absolutely useless delivery company.

I could have walked there and back and collected my parcel in the time it took to send it (and I still haven't got it 18 days later)

I would give this minus 5 stars because ive just checked my parcel tracking # and it hasnt been updated since Dec 9th what a load of rubbish, in this day and age it seems ridiculous that this can happen!!!

My parcel has been with you since the 10th of December, supposed to have been delivered the 14the dec and still sat in your warehouse... not acceptable will be complaint to the company using you

Next day service turned into six day service. Yeh second class postage for first class price...priceless
