I am waiting for a parcel since November,this is terrible.

Very seldom receive a parcel without a problem. Latest parcel was collected from retailer last Wednesday (5 days after the order was placed) took til Friday to get to their depot, and no movement since. At least they know where it is I suppose, unlike the time they delivered to the wrong street in a neighbouring village. Lady called me to say a parcel for me was in her porch... Yet Hermes insisted it was the correct address! I think I know where my own house is!

I would give Hermes 0 stars if it would be possible!

Absolutely ridiculous service !! Lie after lie about where the parcels are it's been saying in transit for 4 days now delivery date was last Thursday but you can't seem to speak to anyone apart from robots no human interaction at all

Shockingly poor, parcel dispatched 26th November and still not delivered. Tracking updates very poor, last updated 11 days ago.

Supposed to be next day delivery, still sitting in their hub Total let down

Very poor service been no update on my parcel for 21 days should have been here a week ago

Parcel supposedly delivered but was in the house all day with no parcel delivered and no letter through the door.

Parcels rarely arrive on time, if at all. Especially when traveling via the Selby depot

My package was due last week and I'm still waiting I'm sure they lost it says its waiting for it to arrive at the depot after it says it has arrived at the depot

Shocking service only giving one because I have too!!

Driver gave me two parcels stacked on top of one another. When he left I realised the top parcel had been tampered with, was empty and my £50 perfume had been stolen! Fuming.

Had parcel since 1st December don't reply to emails or calls

So far this Xmas period have lost 2 out of 4 parcels
