Non can’t even speak to someone and they have held the parcel for 10 days

Just keeps saying sorry we were not able to deliver today we will deliver the next working day totally useless

Ordered 9/12 still waiting 20/12 No contact numbers this company is absolutely useless

Useless company for getting your parcels yo over 11 days now still haven’t received goods needed for Christmas…. Been sitting at their depot for 12 days now

No live help despite what they claim, it's not true. What you have to realise is that Hermes is run on the thinnest possible model so that as soon as anything goes wrong, illness or something unforeseen like Christmas, the whole thing collapses.

My parcel has been with Hermes now for 12 days. Not acceptable

Terrible multiple experiences, I hate when sellers choose Hermes for their deliveries. It used to be better

Yodel is worst, hermes is just after him.. Avoid like fire

Small wonder the rating is so low. My parcel is listed as delivered at 23.59... on the day they also said they were unable to deliver it. There is no sign of the parcel, no card through the door and no explanation as to where it might be. NO stars from me I am afraid. I fully expect Hermes to go the same way as CityLink a few Xmas's ago... ?

Terrible service - my item has been at the hub for sorting to be sent out 5 days! It was paid for next day delivery!

Said they were delivering that day and didn’t

My parcel was 'delivered to a safe location at my property' so safe I'm still looking for it

Always a good service, delivery person very friendly and helpful.

Says they delivered my parcel in a secure location, I don't think outside my door on the top step of my block of flats is secure!!! Luckily I have a decent neighbour who took it in!
