Shocking service the drivers lie and say they attempt delivery then drop off at a random house with no information on the tracking as to where it is!!!!! Spoilt Christmas and I’ve just wasted my money

Abismal service, parcel has been sat in hub for 5 days, had I known the sender was using hermes I would have cancelled order and still might yet. Can only give 1 star but that is too much

Truly awful. No updates for days. Send an email querying package, no response. Chat bot, sends to email, still no response. So many lost packages, I have no idea how you stay in business

Rubbish service. No communication. Claiming an attempted delivery on 11/12 which is rubbish and we have cameras to prove it. 19/12 now and nothing. No update. No customer service.?

Terrible, destroys companies reputations by not delivering, drivers 'loosing items' or miss treating items. The company has no contact method to talk to a person and the drivers don't care about the packages.
