Terrible, destroys companies reputations by not delivering, drivers 'loosing items' or miss treating items. The company has no contact method to talk to a person and the drivers don't care about the packages.

Still awaiting delivery of two parcels which have been sitting at the Blackpool delivery hub for a week. Help desk has chased twice but still nothing ruined Christmas for my family up there.

By far the worst delivery, I have ever experienced, contacted by chat, because no humans work in the office that you can speak with. Along with Hermes, Sports Direct are out too for their part.
