Still waiting on a parcel should have been delivered 5 days ago…. Avoid Hermes as a courier

Complete shambles. Lost my package and impossible to contact. Never use again .

My parcel has been stuck there for 5 days and they said they would try again next working day? Also the customer service is useless

Driver said he delivered the parcel got him on CCTV putting it back in his vehicle. That's what you get when you employ foreign workers as there the only people you can employ in police's hands now

Parcel tracking says ut will be delivered 11 Dec, its now the 18th with no delivery or update.

My parcel has been at the Hermes hub for four days. Not acceptable.

Paid for delivery in 2-3 days and they kept my package for over a week at the depot! Ridiculous

Never had problems with Hermes. My local delivery driver is brilliant

You had my parcel since the 8th December and you still haven't delivered it thank you it is a Christmas present

Terrible company, had parcel since 4th Decmber, tracking moved on one stage on 6th December and that's it. Now 18th December and still no delivery or further information. Contact customer services and according to them it's not even in their system to check, even though the tracking number works and states the parcel is at their delivery depot and is being processed.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 2-4 pm , so waited in as requested. By 5pm not arrived , message received item delayed and will be on its way asap . Notified the seller , checked parcel status to see damaged at the courier , Still no notification from Hermes . Seller asks me to notify intermediary so he can claim compensation to refund me. Thanks Hermes !!! I can not offer any more than a 1 star review . You had a duty of care to look after my parcel.

There terrible place at wrong addresse and cannot rectify as no contact number or email is no reply, pathetic
