Still awaiting delivery of two parcels which have been sitting at the Blackpool delivery hub for a week. Help desk has chased twice but still nothing ruined Christmas for my family up there.

By far the worst delivery, I have ever experienced, contacted by chat, because no humans work in the office that you can speak with. Along with Hermes, Sports Direct are out too for their part.

Take forever to deliver packages on time

Not satisfied. Deliver parcel wrong address.2 times .waist time or money and contact hermes not replied.and not found my parcel.

Still waiting for a parcel which has been sitting in the depot since Wednesday. Not much point in it being there when it should have been delivered by now.

Tracking is so easy to understand, rather quick delivery too

Dont get a time slot nor any meaningful information on whats happening.

Got a message stating they had attempted delivery but I wasn't in !! Lies they sent the message at 5.50 pm to say they attempted delivery at 8 pm ?? Doesn't make sense

Absolutely disgusting service, my friend sent a very expensive box full of christmas gifts, not one hermes delivery person has been on my street never mind to my door as i have sat in my porch waiting yet you email to say you tried to deliver but no ones home and no safe place! my friends mum passed away 2 days ago and now she is having to stress about finding my parcel she paid you good money to deliver to me!!! worst delivery service about DO NOT USE!!!!
