Not satisfied. Deliver parcel wrong address.2 times .waist time or money and contact hermes not replied.and not found my parcel.

Still waiting for a parcel which has been sitting in the depot since Wednesday. Not much point in it being there when it should have been delivered by now.

Tracking is so easy to understand, rather quick delivery too

Dont get a time slot nor any meaningful information on whats happening.

Got a message stating they had attempted delivery but I wasn't in !! Lies they sent the message at 5.50 pm to say they attempted delivery at 8 pm ?? Doesn't make sense

Still waiting on package . Last update was being processed on10th Dec.

Absolutely disgusting service, my friend sent a very expensive box full of christmas gifts, not one hermes delivery person has been on my street never mind to my door as i have sat in my porch waiting yet you email to say you tried to deliver but no ones home and no safe place! my friends mum passed away 2 days ago and now she is having to stress about finding my parcel she paid you good money to deliver to me!!! worst delivery service about DO NOT USE!!!!

Still waiting for update on parcel that's in local hub apparently, originally ordered from John Lewis 3rd December only got to the hub 16th asked for update lots of times still nothing, it's my son's Christmas present so not amused, an update as to if and when I get it would be good ?

Consistently late even losing items on a regular basis. We are all finding it tough and can understand the ongoing situation but Hermes are endemically and consistently unreliable.

Parcel was supposed to arrive Thursday, its now Saturday and the tracking still Sat's its in the first depot. No updates received from Hermes as to when it might arrive. Appalling.

Not turned up and wrong details all together ?‍♂️
