Terrible company, had parcel since 4th Decmber, tracking moved on one stage on 6th December and that's it. Now 18th December and still no delivery or further information. Contact customer services and according to them it's not even in their system to check, even though the tracking number works and states the parcel is at their delivery depot and is being processed.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 2-4 pm , so waited in as requested. By 5pm not arrived , message received item delayed and will be on its way asap . Notified the seller , checked parcel status to see damaged at the courier , Still no notification from Hermes . Seller asks me to notify intermediary so he can claim compensation to refund me. Thanks Hermes !!! I can not offer any more than a 1 star review . You had a duty of care to look after my parcel.

Very poor service. Updates lie stating that delivery was attempted, two days running. No delivery has been attempted and I still don’t have my parcel. This is normal for Hermes

My parcel stuck in processing whilst others in the same shipment have been delivered, shambolic way to run a company, avoid using them to deliver.

The most ridiculous tracking system I've ever come across. Tried to track today, the 18th ,told my parcel will be delivered on the 16th

Always filled with dread when the tracking number is this company. Has to be the worst.

Parcel stuck at hub for over a week with no explanation. Surely you could have a system that flags this for you to do something.
