Just left my parcels outdoor- poor service

I waited in all day for my parcel it never came now they have sent it back to the company i will never recommend them to anyone again they give you a tracking number but when you put it in they say its wrong they don't email you to let you know what's going on with your parcel

Absolutely dread it when I buy anything and see the company used is HERMES, never on time, and I receive other customers purchase's with complete different post code or house name...CEO needs sacking

HZYEJA0084694094 have lied that they delivered package today after being 3 days late but never delivered it and I have outdoor camera to prove it. Stealing people's parcels

Wow, please please do not even consider using this atrocious supposed delivery company. The only thing they are fantastic at is losing parcels. The worst service on the planet by far. For God's sake Hermes read the feedback you receive and do something about it instead of sitting on your hands and hoping it will all go away.

The estimated delivery date for my ordered item was ordered item was 9/12/21. This item was ordered on ebay on 2/12 and it was dispatched timeously by the seller. Hermes have rescheduled the delivery 4 times since then and it's STILL not here.

What a terrible service. Claim to have attempted a delivery at 8pm and I got the email at 5pm. Unless you have mastered time travel you are telling lies. I had to pick one star but wanted to pick zero

I’m big happy with the fact my deliveries have been thrown over my garden gate without any information about it. My parcel was left in the pouring rain all because the delivery driver couldn’t be bothered to knock on the door

Says they knocked, that was the 1st lie Said they'd deliver the nxt day lie number 2 Said they left a card lie number 3 2 weeks still no parcel Effing joke
