I’d give 0 stars if there was an option. No attempt made to deliver yet told they tried! No update on the tracker for the past 3 days either. No wonder this company gets so much bad press…. The service is terrible.

My parcel was picked up on 5th December delivery date was ment to be 13 to 14 Dec it changed on the 14th saying 15 to 17 . It's the 17th 5pm and saying with the tracking number it be with them soon . Really saying non my Amazon account expect today . I hear too many bad things about this delivery company. So why do sellers still use them.

Despicable service again today...if you supply your GPS coordinates as requested numerous times, I can prove that you are delivering to the incorrect address. Terrible customer service

Lost a Christmas Cake which took me 6 weeks to make. How the hell does it get lost with a tracking number? Shocking service, you can’t speak to a human, I tried multiple times but just got cut off so I emailed CEO of the company. Got generic email back a few days later saying they couldn’t locate parcel. Shan’t be using them again

Absolutely awful company, there's no customer service to talk for any queries. Lost my returned items after I handed to the Hermes Delivery service shop and didn't deliver at the destination. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
