Complete rubbish compared with other companies. 2 days is usually a week

Not deliver yet. Delivery dat was 15th

Hopeless. Lost parcels. No investigation, compensation or proper customer service or contact.

We are really fortunate our hermes delivery driver Joel is fantastic. Everything arrives on time and his customer service is excellent.

Parcel not received even though its been with Hermes 5 days Will never order from anyone using them as a courier again including Amazon:(

Must be a money laundering front because I don’t think you’ve ever delivered a package

I do not recommend 4 days, the package is still not visible.

Parcel are slow getting here or end's up going missing Hermes don't always update on they delivery

I haven't received my parcel yet but I due for delivery today very good at keeping you updated and would definitely use for posting stuff in the future

Abdolutely awful. 2 parcel lost in one week...

Simply the worst delivery company in the world. Every other delivery firm provide you with good to excellent tracking and deliver promptly. When I see I have Hermes I cannot cancel order and know it will probably arrive in a week sometime. Awful service.

Didnt receive my parcel

Has any one got a good thing to say about this company.. don’t think so, their customer service is zero. I will never recommend this company to any one. What can I say without getting rude
