Id give them zero stars if i could

Abdolutely awful. 2 parcel lost in one week...

Simply the worst delivery company in the world. Every other delivery firm provide you with good to excellent tracking and deliver promptly. When I see I have Hermes I cannot cancel order and know it will probably arrive in a week sometime. Awful service.

Didnt receive my parcel

Has any one got a good thing to say about this company.. don’t think so, their customer service is zero. I will never recommend this company to any one. What can I say without getting rude

Minus 100 for being total idiots. When I leave a note on door deliver next door. They ignore it and take parcel back. They are only air pads for ears. But 3 days later the parcel is too heavy and they need a specialist delivery team for big packages. No bigger than cigarette packet.

Absolutely lousy. They never turn up when they are supposed to and good luck of you ever arrange for a parcel to be collected lol.

Worst service ever was in all day no reason why my parcel wasn’t delivered. Lies that the tried and still no update yi when it coming! Utter joke ?

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered something from amazon with express delivery from overseas. All was well until it got to this country and hermes got their hands on it! They've had it for over a week now and "can't get near because of geofence" or something stupid like that!! I lost money booking 2 days off work so I could go to the depot and retrieve it myself, being as they're only open til 12, but the tracking said it was out for delivery both mornings. OK, so I sit in all day like a lemon waiting for it, only to see on the tracking at 3.25pm that it's been failed due to the geofence thing at 4.45pm?? How does that work?? Are hermes time travellers?? WHERE IS MY PARCEL?????.

Absolutely THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! Never get it right. Waited in all day to be told 10 mins before cut off time it will be another day, without telling me actually when! Had to give 1 star but would have got that if possible. I hate them with a passion.

Abysmal service as per usual. Package supposed to be delivered today and now it’s not. Was told 10 mins before cut off time with no explanation! They are a law unto themselves and NEVER GET IT RIGHT!

They have to be the worst delivery company around. Parcels not being delivered, parcels thrown over garden gates in the rain. Even when they say they have delivered it's a 50%chance that it hasn't

Hermes say they have delivered my package today but they have not there's something funny going on not happy at all
