Would rate 0 if possible. Apparently delivered my parcel 'left in safe place' no note through the door telling me where it was. Now having to get the sender to resend.

Parcels never on time way past even delayed or late always turn up damaged and very rude on the phone will be avoiding ata all costs

Worst courier company there is always 'loosing' parcels any company who uses them will not get an order from me. ATROCIOUS!!

Rubbish, get an email telling me my delivery slot time. They pull up outside my house, play around with parcels in their van and then drive off without leaving mine??? Even checked that my neighbours had not been given it as this is another issue with then, they don't appear to read door numbers.
