Expecting delivery of parcel not received. Hermes have confirmed delivery. Not to my address where do I stand with this?

The tracking hasn't been updated for 4 days! This is not very good customer service at all.

"tracking" is merely a distraction, designed to make a recipient believe that the package is on the way, when actually the information divulged, shows that not much is happening! Next come the "reasons" the delivery fails, often by inaccurately stating that the address is inaccessible, when actually the address is very easily accessed and the property is constantly occupied.

Well all I can say is that all the negative feedback on here is world's away from my experience I have never had any issues with them for years. All the people saying that the parcels were late have they stopped to think that actually the supplier maybe lying about when they have posted it, I can think of a few other couriers that do deserve one star .

Terrible service, claim to have tried to deliver parcels when they haven't. Sending you a photo of a parcel in a van doesn't prove that van is outside your house.

My parcel for return to Amazon is still sitting in Finchley Express waiting to be collected by Hermes. 3 days after drop off!! Very poor service causing a long delay for my refund.

I delivered a parcel to the despatch shop on Monday at 11am. I paid extra for next day delivery. Today is Thursday? Tracking only shows it is at the delivery hub. Impossible to get someone to speak to. Very poor service. I want to see if they will refund the surcharge I paid for next day service

Just awful. I paid for next day delivery. They failed to deliver and the parcel is still in their depot 3 days later!

The parcel I am awaiting was despatched 9 days ago. The tracking info shows it was received by Hermes 8 days ago. Every day the tracking info just says apologies for delay. Disgraceful service would never use them. I have no idea when I will receive the package.

Hermes performance is abysmal. They tell you they have the parcel which I'm sure they do. Then it disappears. 3 weeks latter they tell you its been delivered which is hasn't.
