I waited in all day for my parcel which never arrived to be told it’s not their problem. I was sent a message saying it was delivered to my address at 11.29am. It was the only Christmas present I could afford. Thank you Hermes for spoiling my Christmas!!! Do not use this service

Again they lied about not being able to deliver. So fed up with them now

14 days & still no delivery. Is it true Hermes are now landfill agents instead of delivery cowboys.

Bloody awful delivery company parcels constantly undelivered or misdelivered. Uncontactable, incompetent joke of a delivery company I have no clue why anyone would use them.

Worst tracking I've ever used

I like the tracking service, it seems to work, also like the fact that they take a photo as the parcel is delivered.

Parcels never arrive , lied to many many times really are the worst and most untrustworthy business I have ever come across

Dropped parcel off at 12.00 midday but parcels had been collected already, despite what Hermes say upon buying postage. Now tracking is showing parcels location OR parcel is still at drop off point, 30 hours later. What is going on? Should be delivered tomorrow but not holding out much hope!

Worse delivery company ever

Shocking service, big parcels getting lost in their depots, parcels getting stolen, parcels getting scammed, parcels going to auction houses for resale the list goes on and on!!!!

Why are they so rubbish? Why don't they ever knock? Not that hard!!

Why do people still use hermes for delivery they seldom get it right always late and making excuses for a poor service

Useless. Don't deliver when they say they will. Waste your time. Over and over. Useless.
