Only gave 1 star because they wouldn't let me give none..... Says my parcel has been delivered and signed for but its not to or by me because IV been sat in my front room waiting all day and IV not even had as much as a knock at the door .....

Not impressed as my Christmas present from my sister is at the depot since Saturday 11th and its still there apparently and it is now the 15th!

The service is terrible, I diverted my delivery yesterday but did not deliver. I have stayed in all day today but have not delivered. There is no phone number to ring . Very bad service. I will never use for my deliveries.

The delivery person did NOT ring my door bell a or knock my door, had my husband not gone to get the bins in I wouldn't have known it had bern delivered.

Very consistent, drivers are polite, it's not their fault that the system they have to use is managed by some with no regard for efficiency, nor customer service. More than once they've claimed that they cannot access an address, when it's a roadside building with 24/7 occupancy

Hermes used to be great before all their good drivers left them. Now they use contracted scumbags who would sell their own mother's. They still get paid even if they don't deliver (or steal!) your parcels. Lot's of presents, lot's of goodies, lot's of thieves in Hermes.

Says my parcel was left in outbuilding, I do not have an out building and no parcel was delivered, I was in all day and no one rang the bell

Dreadful company, lost the first parcel,had to re-order and they lost that one too...? Only gave one star to leave a review...

Terrible, next day delivery, it’s been 10 days and still no parcel. No updates, impossible to get in contact with customer services.
