Had a parcel since 4th December it's now 14th. Still no sign. Worst company ever

Item has been sitting at their hub for 2 weeks, no contact from hermes after raising complaint. Absolutely shocking company.

Useless company, tracking waste of time parcels never delivered on time, informed on Friday of a delay and would be delivered next working day, it’s now Weds no update on parcel and info still saying exact same since last Friday. I have no idea why any company uses this firm to deliver to its customers there the most unreliable couriers I’ve ever known

Absolutely shocking service l. Still waiting for my delivery from back in November. I managed to get hold of someone on the phone who told me that it would be delivered on the Monday just gone. I’m still waiting and there has been no updates on the tracking number. This is a Christmas present for me 6 year old son which I will probably never get now. would never use this company.

Absolutely awful, 10 days no sign of a delivery, parcel still in hub!

Anytime I order something online I dread finding out hermes is delivering it. At best you'll receive it late, but usually not at all!

item supposed to be delivered on 8th, still not delivered on 15th. apparently tried to deliver while i was in, but no one came, absolutely disgraceful. Customer service is an unhelpful robot which is a joke

Absolutely terrible, my parcel was due last Saturday still hasn't arrived and the tracking is terrible as say still at depot. ???

Unbelievable !!! Waiting still for my delivery an nothing !!! This is completely bad bad courier service to be honest

I payed for next day delivery from JD and Hermes delivery didn't turn up I am really disappointed

Alleged attempted delivery on Amazon which is a lie. Now have to wait in for parcel with no information when will arrive . Awful company haven’t a clue why Amazon prime risk reputation using them
