Absolutely shocking company full of lies after lies

Hermes honest the worst delivery service there is how is this place still going

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Hermes is shocking!!! Get notifications saying parcels have been delivered and they haven't, don't hear anything for weeks and can't get a refund and the item I have ordered has been "delivered"

On several occasions they have lost our parcels. They blatantly lie, saying they have tried to deliver, when they have done no such thing. Trying to blame customers for their incompetence. I genuinely worry, when an item I've bought says the courier is Hermes.... How are they still in business??

It’s not possible to rate 0 stars so I’ve been forced to give 1. My heart drops when I see Hermes will be delivering something I’ve ordered. I would advise any business to use anyone but this company. Every single delivery I have from them has an issue, is delivered in a way that makes me amazed I get the parcel or simply doesn’t arrive! Please, please, please use anyone but them.

Absolutely shocking, no update, no delivery at all...had to request a refund for every item this company has been scheduled to deliver

It took very long to deliver my parcel and not reached on time.

The most appalling delivery company i never get a parcel and trying to worl out what item it might just be from a blank calling card with no other information is so infuriating i actually now make sure that the company i buy from doesnt use hermes for this reason !

Worse service ever parcel not received and said error with tracking number not found wouldn't give them any stars .Disgraceful

Hermes tracking says that my item has been delivered to my safe place but unfortunately have neglected to tell me where that safe place is....

Mofos lost my parcel and then lie and lie, and lie again... And still keep lying. And when they eventually stopped lying.. (Sorry I'm lying now).. They just kept lying... They're STILL lying.. They're right now!

Absolutely useless courier firm out if the last 6 parcels iam waiting for to be delivered by these clowns only one arrived the others are now 8 weeks late???
