BUNCH OF LIERS THAT TOOK A TON OF MONEY FOR A SERVICE THEY KNEW THEY COULDN'T PROVIDE. THEY LOST MY PARCEL BUT WON'T ADMIT IT. THEY ARE AMONGST THE WORST FRAUDSTERS ON THE PLANET AND HAVE ALREADY RUINED XMAS FOR THEIR INSATIABLE GREED. THEY HIRED CONTRACTED WORKERS WHO GET PAID DIRT SO WOULD HAPPILY STEAL YOUR PARCEL. LET'S HOPE THE KARMA POLICE PAY THEM A VISIT.

Apparently a deliver was attempted at 8pm on the 13th, Rubbish. Waited in all day on the 14th, still nothing. No info no apology no update.

They may be nice people but they still don't care about customers. I'm severely disabled and got a BS email from their CEO's office, pretending to personally look into it. Unbelievable! They still haven't bothered to deliver my parcel today and I honestly don't believe they ever will. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.. Ever!

The worst company I have ever encountered, they've lost 4 of my parcels leaving them on my doorstep, uve complained to head office numerous times and they ignore my emails and don't bother ringing me. They even slung one parcel on the stairs of my communal block of flats!! I refuse to buy anything from any company that uses hermes as such if list parcels and having to try and claim them back, the bloke needs sacking!!!

Since 25/11/21 this useless company have lost 5 parcels destined for my address and another one is delayed due to some mysterious “major”event my advice is check with sellers who they use as they’re courier and if it’s Hermes the don’t buy from them !!

Absolute joke of a company 6 parcels and counting lost or stolen by your employees. Disgrace of a company

This is without doubt the very worst logistics company I have ever come across. So much so that I will now either pay extra for another company or not purchase from them. 13 days For a delivery???!! And it still has not arrived??? Unbelievable! Amateurs sheer bloody amateurs.

I would never use this company again or recommend. Customer service is non existent, Una ble to directly contact a person. They lost my item gave me a incident number and failed to update me on progress and outcome.

Appalling, late, random service. Say they've delivered when they haven't, a week later, your parcel may turn up. Would avoid using at all costs but, unfortunately, don't have a choice as so many sellers use them. Beyond bad service, even one star is too much.

Pathetic. Next day delivery? Collected last Thursday and still at their depot today, Tuesday. No idea when or even if the item will be delivered. Maybe a cheap service, but not worth it. They don't do what they say they will.

My parcel supposed be delivered by 6dec now is 13dec I haven’t receive it

Estimated delivery date 9th. Checked tracking number at depot 3rd. Still not arrived 14th. Just checked tracking still at depot dated 3rd. No update NO PARCEL either WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!
