Terrible courier service.......never delivered any parcel on time

Can't find parcel tracking number correct

Parcels always going missing. Get a message saying delivered but never receive the parcels

Go to track a parcel and it says expecting your parcel on the 9th. ITS THE BLOODY 13th TODAY

Processing and delivery time taking too long

It’s 2 time I’m waiting for delivery but driver not coming only write message business it’s closed but we open 6 days 10-23 I’m really tired with Hermes

Item not delivered but using tracking system show at sorting hub for over three weeks ?

Tracked order and says it’s been delivered, not to my house that’s for certain

When your £300 paddle board is left on the doorstep and someone steals it. And all Hermes can said is we completed our responsibility by delivering it ?

Waiting 11 day on a parcel to come. Still not here. Was ment to come on the 5th

My parcel has been in processing since 4 December, estimated delivery was 8 December parcel has not moved requested updates inadequate responses. 13 December parcel is still not moving.

Absolutely useless. Lost three parcels of mine so far this month.

You have list the last two items I purchased. They arrive in your hub never to be seen again. A job for the police maybe?

Delivery was left with neighbour but no card to inform me where the parcel is. It took two weeks of chasing to realise later that the neighbour, who is also busy with own life had it.
