Not sure how one company can be so much worse than others. Just use DPD, you won't regret it.

Sender paid for overnight delivery on Thursday. Monday night showing at depot still. Hermes you should shut up shop and find a job you can do because you sure as he'll can't provide the service you take people's money for. It's not a bad service, there isn't any service.

Very poor delivery service. I wasn't home and the delivery driver left the parcel outside. My neighbour saw it on true window and she told him "why he left if like that and he was rude with her" lucky she took the parcel otherwise someone could took it and not give it back

Still waiting for my parcel which was for next day delivery and no update since 07.12.2021. Very poor service.

Conflicting info hermes online says out for delivery/courier has it . App says delivered ? 16-30 . Will check in the morning

Processing and delivery time taking too long

When your £300 paddle board is left on the doorstep and someone steals it. And all Hermes can said is we completed our responsibility by delivering it ?
