Waiting 11 day on a parcel to come. Still not here. Was ment to come on the 5th

My parcel has been in processing since 4 December, estimated delivery was 8 December parcel has not moved requested updates inadequate responses. 13 December parcel is still not moving.

Absolutely useless. Lost three parcels of mine so far this month.

You have list the last two items I purchased. They arrive in your hub never to be seen again. A job for the police maybe?

Delivery was left with neighbour but no card to inform me where the parcel is. It took two weeks of chasing to realise later that the neighbour, who is also busy with own life had it.

The most shambolic courier service I have ever had to deal with. A complete bunch of useless morons.

I'm sick of this company they have lost my parcel and keep making excuses that they have difficulty finding my address which is totally a load of rubbish iv had trouble with delivery driver's not handling my package with care bashing boxes around and breaking my stuff they are one of the worst delivery companies.

Absolute joke, says they come out on the 6th to deliver my parcel, they didn't, now it doesn't tell me when they are coming.

You literally cannot speak to a real person if a parcel goes missing. Most infuriating automated system ever, and no chance of a missing parcel claim.

Hermes are my favorite delivery service, they keep you updated throughout and are so pleasant and friendly ?
