I’d give 0 stars if I could horrible delivery and people delivering even worse very disappointed

Useless organisation. Tracking information is zero, non functioning. You send parcel at your own risk with this organisation. Their contact system is one of the worst have ever come across. Voice machine that can't link with anyone. Their delivery driver leave parcel anywhere not minding if the parcels get lost.

Dreadful service - at least 50% of parcels are late or not delivered at all. Really gone downhill.

Was emailed that a parcel was to be collected on Monday - nobody arrived was then told I wasn’t in - yes I was! Next email was to say a delay in delivery of a parcel - wasn’t expecting anything. Another was to say that the packaging wasn’t suitable for collection. One lie after another when you click on track and divert, and as for virtual adviser says say hello…..am more than frustrated with trying to get my parcel collected to return to QVC - have emailed them to say that the problem is with Hermes. This company must be on the liars list when it comes to emails, or anything for that matter. I wouldn’t give one star if there was a choice.

The worst company ever and getting worse. Lost two of my parcels and deliver parcels to my house thats not mine. I had to deliver one left in my porch to the house down the road from me.l wish people would stop using the company

Very bad service.Dropping parcels over 6 foot fence even on boxes say fragile

The worse courier service ever , they have lied about my delivery 4 times and I have had to cancel the Amazon order , which was for our family Christmas Tree , thank you for all the upset Hermes all last week my kids have looked forward to getting there tree , and you have effectively stolen it .

Named day delivery for 22nd November still shows as at local depot, on its way on tracking. Yesterday they admit to Amazon they have no idea where it is! Customer service is useless! Avoid!! Only 1 star as no option for 0!

Every driver has said they have tried to deliver, nobody has tried as there is always some one in my property. The drivers just can't undertand streets. DHL, Amazon and Royal mail always find my house, so how stupid or lazy are the drivers with Hermes. If I could give below zero I would. I can't even get my parcel now as the company charge you a fortune to call them.

Ordered item over a week ago, still waiting, no update available and unfortunately this happened before. Awful
