Should of had my parcel delivered Friday 10th December. It's now the 12th & still no sign of it or update as to where it is.

How and why can someone still use Hermes for shipment !? Disaster of a company ! Open ur eyes Hermes, look at your rating, you only get 1.33* because there is no option for ZERO !! You're far far far under this rating in reality

I'm fuming, the courier has taken a photo of my parcel on a doorstep which isn't even my house. So the status of my order say its been delivered. But I actually refused the parcel & told the courier it had to be sent back to the sender ( due to it being late & also sender advised me to refuse so I could get a refund) the courier took the parcel & put it back in his van. But now apparently I'm not getting a refund as the tracking say parcel was delivered. So bloody annoyed I HAVE NO PARCEL AND NO REFUND. I have tried to contact hermes but no one reply to me, disgusting service. Avoid Avoid Avoid
