I ordered some tights to go with my outfit for my work Christmas party. Paid for next day delivery which would have been Thursday at the latest. It is now Friday evening and still no parcel. The party is tomorrow night. So I now need to try and find either replacement tights or a replacement outfit in 8hrs tomorrow. Hermes really are diabolical. They can't even be bothered to have proper customer support.

Next day delivery didn’t arrive. No update or advice from Hermes for 2 days. Got in contact but no reply. Not sure if it’ll ever arrive.

I’m a Delivery driver!
As a delivery driver myself I found it such a poor excuse to blame this time of year for late deliveries! Can’t wait for all this B.S covid to be over and the country gets rid of the greedy corporations that have been taking us all for a ride for years!

Hopeless - I have not had one parcel delivered to my address out of the 4 they were supposed to. They seem to be leaving them in random places outdoors in the rain.

They have held my parcel since Tuesday which was on next day delivery it's now friday and still they saying it is being processed. What a sham

Hermes have had my next day delivery parcel for 5 days. The status on the website/App hasn’t changed in that time. I’ve managed to raise a complaint through the applying automated system, but have had not update for over 36 hours. It is impossible to speak to anyone at Hermes, and there automated telephone system does not recognised the tracking number they provided. By far the worst customer service I have ever come across. WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NO STARS if the website would have let me
