Sorry to say your delivery service is worse than useless. I’ve ordered many things over the last year and 50% go missing . Never ever buy from a company using Hermes . Check who they use and cancel if it’s them. Aweful company and staff who I can only assume still steal packages

Item was first picked up then out for delivery , then arriving befor 10pm then oh dear picked up by courier . Now they are waiting for it . Another missing delivery . Never use Hermes they are useless and their drivers steal this is only one of many gone missing g 50% ever arrive

I cringe when I realise a sender has used hermes. You pay for next day delivery and it turns up 3 weeks late if at all and you're luckier still if it's in one piece. You can't speak to a human and the automated "holly" is absolutely pointless. Hermes wouldn't even get 1 star of I had the option

Awful delivery company. Waiting for 2 parcels, 1 you've had since 27th November, the other since 3rd December. Both sitting in one of your hubs and not moved. Not impressed. Won't order anything now that has you as the delivery company

Utterly useless is the politest way to describe this company who regularly loses my parcels and then has no customer service to speak of. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would! Grossly incompetent

I have always dealt with hermes over the years I wouldn't go anywhere else, I don't know how they are still running as a business there tracking service is a joke, they have lost 3 of my parcels I am still waiting on a parcel to be delivered they have had it since Friday the 3rd December it is now the 10th. If your wanting to run a business to the ground just use hermes as an example. I am how dealing with DPD they notify me a time the drive will deliver my parcel also include the driver's contact details. Sorry hermes another customer lost. I think the big wigs need to sit around the table and wake up and listen to what there customers are saying its not hard just read your reviews.

Awful! You've had my parcel since last Friday 3 Dec - come on where is it? Can you please deliver asap what's the hold up? Looking at all the other reviews I'm not the only one with this problem - what's going on?
