Absolute rubbish picked my parcel up on the 3rd now the 10th And it still hasn't arrived at the hermes hub. Probably sitting in a lock up or shed of one of the delivery drivers

Horrible company, lost my two expensive parcels

Absolutely shocking? had my parcel 5day and still not received or had any up dates. Absolute joke

Absolute rubbish. Lost 2 tracked parcels then took over a week to say one was damaged and another 5 days to deliver it repackaged as nothing was wrong. Still waiting on 2nd package 2 weeks now although tracking showed it would be delivered 6 times now. It has gone all over the UK by the look of it. Last update 7 days ago. Hermes won't answer calls so no help there either. Use another company if possible.

You’ve had my parcel since 25 November and today is 8 December. You still say you are processing it. Come on Hermes. Other delivery companies are out performing you. A colleague at work had exactly the same problem with regarding a similar timescale.

Booked a pickup. My package was never collected. It's not the first time. Awful service.

Every time said it's delivered but all lies worst company ever

My parcel was supposed to be delivered Friday but today is Wednesday and still no sign.fingers cross

The tracking system is a joke..... One day its being delivered today... and then you check the next day and its "we are expecting your parcel" wise up Hermes

Absolute rubbish cannot find a customer service number to call my parcel should have been delivered latest 5th December still waiting is ment to be at old Wolverton milton keynes for the last three days

All our packages go missing with Hermes cant contact them or report to anywhere Need sorting out
