Still no parcel and no answer where it is just saying delay

Hermes for me personally have been useless have failed numerous time to deliver my orders drivers seem unwilling to ask for directions..during the first lockdown I orded 72 pack's of 9 toilet rolls usually rapped in black plastic for delivery this time I hadn't received item even though the driver had taken a picture of parcel at my door but home cctv showed driver leaving with parcel.. nothing was done but I got a full refund I wish as a customer we could choose which company delivers orders

Poor processing and slow dispatch

Parcel nowhere to be found.

Terrible service. My parcel appears as delivered and I never received it. I made a claim two days ago and no answer at all

2 parcels failed to be delivered to a collection point, even several days after due date. Despite having an email confirming a delivery window. Can't speak to anyone at Hermes either. Can't give no stars

I'm absolutely disgusted with this company it's a wonder they're still in business why can't I speak to a human person parcel still not delivered next step trading standers are getting called.
