Very poor service. I wouldn’t order online in the future if this company are dispatching

the driver said he couldn't deliver my parcel,he never even tried to deliver it as I was in the house all day plus it said it would be delivered between 18.00 and 20.00 so he is tell lies and I can prove he never tried as I have got a ring bell/video

Parcel delayed over 1 week with no explanation, very poor. Had to rate 1 star to submit review, not worth it.

Lost a few parcels in their delivery vans! Not the best service also VERY slow

I have received email from Hermes your parcel is deliver yesterday 16:00 to 18:00 but still waiting for parcel to be deliver. Never recommend to friends.

You've lost almost every parcel of mine in the last year. BAR ONE. you're the worst delivery service ive ever encountered.
