Not a good word can be said - the wait time is beyond slow and you get advice it will be delivered and then it doesnt!!

Still waiting for parcel from 26th Nov. Now 8th Dec. Tracking number doesn't give you an update and every phone number u use answerphone says were closed, no matter what time. Totally s__t service, nothing to rate

the driver said he couldn't deliver my parcel,he never even tried to deliver it as I was in the house all day plus it said it would be delivered between 18.00 and 20.00 so he is tell lies and I can prove he never tried as I have got a ring bell/video

Parcel delayed over 1 week with no explanation, very poor. Had to rate 1 star to submit review, not worth it.
