Terrible. Always late. I never use it personally. But I get items posted to me via hermes and I dread it every time when I see hermes tracking number.

Same as most. No parcel. All I get been delayed due to major event. Im fed up of companies using this service. I've had parcels missing and a Reiss returns parcel with £300 worth of stock arrived back a Reiss as an empty box!! Need I say more. Companies must be constantly making claims against Hermes. Its amazing it is still trading. Next confirmed also today that my Next parcel that has due for delivery last Friday has been lost. Companies please use a reliable courier,!!

Shame there is no zero star option. Fail after fail...can't believe traders still use them. Cheaper maybe but refunding undelivered must outweigh the price.

If I could give zero stars I would. The drivers lie and say they’ve attempted delivery when they haven’t and do not attempt 3 times. Rubbish company.
