Shame there is no zero star option. Fail after fail...can't believe traders still use them. Cheaper maybe but refunding undelivered must outweigh the price.

If I could give zero stars I would. The drivers lie and say they’ve attempted delivery when they haven’t and do not attempt 3 times. Rubbish company.

Expensive parcel, lost. Impossible to even contact Hermes, Impossible to get them to refund! All in all a zero rating (had to give one star, to register, but they don't even deserve this)and I am still owed £70, they will ignore this too!!

Poor service. Why Amazon continue to use this company is beyond me. Time to ditch this lot and get in a reliable delivery service.

Complete waste of time trying to sort a texture to Amazon supplier. To speak to someone you have to call premium rate phone number. £6 a min. Disgraceful. Very poor service.

Parcel a full day late already. Tracking gives wrong information and says tried delivery already which didn't happen, now says will bring between 10 and 12, but at 11:50 I don't see that happening either. Horrible courier service and worse customer service. Avoid like the plague....
