Awful service, can't read an address label, thought I would try them, big mistake

Outrageously terrible service. 3 weeks late with absolutely no way to contact Hermes. Now it says my package has been delivered. Well it hasn’t. Not to my address anyway. I cannot believe how bad your company is. I’m amazed you’re still in business. You deserve a minus score. Disgusting.

If i could give -1 I would

We usually use royal mail which takes maximum 3 days but this even after 10 days we don't receive our parcel I don't know why eBay sellers using it.

Ugh. Hermes. When I see vendors using them on ebay I always add an extra week on to the delivery date in the optimistic expectation that it will even arrive at all. The tracking never seems to be up to date either.

The worst delivery service ever

I used Hermes to deliver a disabled walker. They first told me the item was destroyed at their Cardiff depot then said it was lost. I paid for Hermes insurance which wasn't worth the paper is was written on as I claimed but never received the money. I have not used Hermes since this incidence 2 years ago and closed my account. I now just pay more for another carrier

HERMES almost lost one of my parcels and then lost a second one. To make it worse they cannot track a lost package. They need to either be more selective with who they hire or make a way to be able to account for a delivery. I wanted to give 0 stars but the review app won’t let me.

Awful as I have been waiting for my parcel for almost 2 weeks a joke as it was meant to get delivered with next day delivery and there is no way if speaking to anyone at hermes compete rubbish company!!!

Last 2/3 parcels that Hermes have had for me have been delayed.. glad people use other courier companies these day rather then Hermes!

If I could leave a minus star rating there wouldn't be enough space to fit them all in....absolutely shocking company, will never buy from a retailer who's uses this awful delivery company again....??????????????
