Apparently left in a safe place but where is it? No card

I pay for Amazon prime. I have been waiting on my parcel arriving 4 days now & still haven't received it. I have been given so many delivery times & it still has not arrived. The items I have ordered are so late I cannot use them now as they were getting posted to another country for Xmas. So thank you Hermes for nothing. Your service is absolutely disgusting. You cannot blame the weather as you delivered to my son who lives next to me the same day my parcel was due to be delivered. ???

Shocking courier company I will never use again I have had mobile phones lost, damaged parcels and the customer service is a nightmare!!! Pay bit extra and use another courier company

Absolutely shameful service every number is wrong an automated service that doesn't get it right even after trying numerous times then they hang up I have a parcel still in the hub since 20th November its a Xmas present!!!!! Have had issues with hermes before ?

Absolutely awful service ! Not just once but on a few occasions

Hermes in my opinion are the worst of the worst couriers. Sometimes things never arrive, and at the very best things arrive up to 2 weeks late. Why on earth do sellers still use them? My Hermes courier always has an excuse for late deliveries, I have not been well, there has been a lot of snow on the road, it was dangerous to drive because of the rain, I only got your parcel this morning, the list of excuses goes on and on. They need to get their act together and maybe have drivers who are not work shy! They say they are half the price of royal mail for deliveries, I have actually found this to be untrue, royal mail are cheaper and much faster. This parcel is now 1 week late, maybe I will get it in time for next Christmas. Very cheesed off with the company.

I think the service is really good normally on this occasion I'm afraid it has fallen well below the standard I expect, the delivery details have not been updated since 02,12,21

Packages that never arrive. No response to queries. Totally unreliable. Will avoid suppliers and retailers that use Hermes

It has taken over three weeks for my parcel to get to destination. Still not there. Shameful

I can't see a reason why this company is still open. Booked delivery through Amazon, but would have chosen a more expensive delivery option if it told me Hermes would be the courier.

Worst courier service I have ever seen

If I could give half of a star I would. Sometimes Hermes are OK but sometimes they completely mess up. Customer service is the worst I've ever come across.

Absolute rubbish, they arrange a day and time slot and don’t turn up. This continues for days.

So slow and unreliable and no way of finding out what's going on
