Since our regular delivery driver left, we never get our parcels, what we get is they tried to deliver but we were out and no safe place. They will try again the following day. LIES! The parcel is still at the sorting office. You get nowhere trying to contact customer services. When you contact the seller you get a refund and then it arrives. Hermes your a joke!

I think with all the competition that this company could do a lot better.

My parcel was due for delivery on 29th December, still not received. Please can I have my parcel.

Worst courier service out there. Avoid at all costs. Expect a 3 day delivery to take a week - but don’t be surprised if it takes 3. Status updates are always late or a fairy story.

Every time a seller uses Hermes item never comes on date said they are useless

If you do not want anything just order it with Hermes !

Without doubt the worst Delivery/Courier Company on the planet Bar None? I have had 4 parcels stating delivered but have not received? EBay should be ashamed of themselves? This shower of C_~+s couldn’t run a bath???
