Wanted to give no star but wouldn't let me, absolutely disgusting service!!!!!

Had my order at the hub over a week and impossible to speak to anyone very poor delivery service stick to dpd

I don't understand how this company are still in business.

How do you get away with calling yourself a courier company.unsurprisingly there is no way of contacting hermes to complain.they would be incredibly busy.someone should investigate this company.awful.will.not do business with anyone who uses these.0 stars in reality

Terrible company they have had my order since 21st of November they haven't be intouch or even bother to deliver it not happy at all.

Totally lost one parcel. Unable to speak to a anyone in customer services would not recommend them.

Once again a parcel is over 7 days late and still "will be out for delivery soon" shocking.

Parcel should have arrived thurs 2/12/21 today is 4/12 still no trace of it and no delivery

Almost impossible to speak to a human. Consistently late or never arrives at all. Tracking is vague at best. Often parcels are damaged and it is left to vendor to replace or refund. Do not use this company

Shocking service delivery times far too kind when Hermes have had the package at the local hub for over 5 days yet still not arrived would be quicker to go ABR as and back. Will check orders in future for who will be delivering and if it would s Hermes we will not order .

Very poor service, extremely slow at processing. Took ten days to receive, free advice..pay a little more use DPD or parcel force
