Picked on Wednesday, still no delivery on Saturday.. Terrible.

This company is shocking. They said a parcel was getting returned to sender on 16/10 and it’s still not arrived. Don’t waste your money using them

Hermes delivery is totally abysmal parcel was for next day delivery and updates have stalled on 30th November. Customer service is a merry go round and you can't speak to a human being. Won't be using them again

Terrible company they have had my order since 21st of November they haven't be intouch or even bother to deliver it not happy at all.
