Once again a parcel is over 7 days late and still "will be out for delivery soon" shocking.

Parcel should have arrived thurs 2/12/21 today is 4/12 still no trace of it and no delivery

Poor service,would avoid at all costs.

Almost impossible to speak to a human. Consistently late or never arrives at all. Tracking is vague at best. Often parcels are damaged and it is left to vendor to replace or refund. Do not use this company

Shocking service delivery times far too kind when Hermes have had the package at the local hub for over 5 days yet still not arrived would be quicker to go ABR as and back. Will check orders in future for who will be delivering and if it would s Hermes we will not order .

Very poor service, extremely slow at processing. Took ten days to receive, free advice..pay a little more use DPD or parcel force

I've never had a Hermes parcel delivered correctly. They either throw it in a bush or list it as being delivered but yet it has not. Abysmal postage company.

The parcel should have arrived in 24hrs but 4 days later and it's still not turned

I have been trying to track a parcel now for 5 days with no updates, no idea where my parcel is & no one to contact to find out & unfortunately this is not the first time

Shocking!! Leave parcels in bins and throw then in garden absolutely outrageous ?

I do not recommend this company. Can't get up dates. My order is still showing the 27th Nov this is now the 2nd of December. I am surprised their still in business.

Lost my parcel in their depot. More like it was stolen !

Never receive when I’m told it will arrive. No update today as to why they didn’t deliver yesterday. Open my gate and usually dump on my driveway, don’t walk to front door, worst carrier out there. Still no idea when my latest parcel will arrive.
