Booked a collection but not collected. Tracking is as much use as a chocolate teapot. No way to contact for info. Eventually took to parceldhop but I paid for collection. Last parcel was damaged. They're cheap but they're nasty

Wouldn't rate stall,worst delivery company out there,and if your parcel goes missing, be sure you will not get a human to talk to,just a useless robot passing you around

Absolute joke, they send you a picture of another house, claiming they've tried to deliver your parcel, can't get hold of anyone or try and get your parcel.
