Booked a collection but not collected. Tracking is as much use as a chocolate teapot. No way to contact for info. Eventually took to parceldhop but I paid for collection. Last parcel was damaged. They're cheap but they're nasty

Absolutely shocking service from Hermes , why do companies use them ?

Its been 4 weeks still looking for my parcel, tracking no says its been delayed.

Wouldn't rate stall,worst delivery company out there,and if your parcel goes missing, be sure you will not get a human to talk to,just a useless robot passing you around

Absolute joke, they send you a picture of another house, claiming they've tried to deliver your parcel, can't get hold of anyone or try and get your parcel.

I was at home and parcel havent been delivered

It's fairly good, is not the best but there are much worse couriers companies out there.

I dread The name Hermes being shown in the delivery details. My package is supposed to have arrived in slough 27th. ( 4 days ago) but as I thought it would happen it is in the Hermes black hole. It’s not good telling me try expect it to be with them soon. It is supposed to be with them already. Appalling but unfortunately got to say the worst courier service by a very long way !!!’

Worst delivery service ever. They must of been good at knock a door run as kids because there dam good at it now. Noting is ever on time. Dread getting an item when it says delivery by Hermes.

The slowest delivery company I've ever known. Get some staff that will actually do the job properly

Asks for phone number then never calls, doesn't ring the bell or knock the door, notes aren't left. I don't understand how a business operates so poorly

Waiting a week for a parcel....no information from Hermes at all as system has not been updated. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Every time Hermes deliver a parcel it’s either damaged late or in this case missing from a so called safe place (blue bin) which was full! And whenever you try ring them you can never speak to a person! Awful service from these cowboys!

take a look at it, you don't know the topography of the cities, you still have a problem with the delivery. You have a delay of several days, you are not doing well as a supplier carrier
