useless unreliable slow delivery if ever

Only one of the delivery people that come to me is any good as to Customer service.. you need to train your staff better...

Missing parcels, others arriving very late (weeks later)

Awful company for deliveries in uk for the average punter. ' got a van ? Got a job with hermes...any good ? Doesn't matter !'

so far this package arrived 8 days ago in this country (as did another recently), and still "expecting it" not really good enough, as the last parcel arrived within 24 hrs of them "getting the package" 80 miles away

I was checking on the Amazon site & my order was due to arrive by 20.00 this evening (29.11.2021). When it did not arrive by then I decided to get the tracking number & check progress on the Hermes sight. I got a shock when it stated the parcel had arrived at 22.39. The parcel had been signed for & left with a neighbour! There was not a card left through my letterbox so I knew nothing of this. I have since received the parcel but am not happy at no notification being left!

they never come on time, they cannot find an address that I do not recommend

Worst company ever Deliver late or not at all and when they do they throw it over the fence

Said my delivery was due in 2 time slots been waiting in...no delivery been tried

Rubbish never on time always a delay and parcels go missing! Not a good service at all and never no way of contacting them!

Parcel tracking waste of time. Courier claimed we were not in twice total rubbish why do they lie?
