Package failed delivery but no updates or communication. Still not delivered. Very poor service

Basically no tracking information.

Appalling Every time I see a parcel is being sent by Hermes I despair Hopeless tracking and items delivered to random addresses in the village

Absolutely terrible service. Every time a parcel comes through them there is always an attempted delivery even though im at home! 2 days late still can't get any information from them. Worst delivery company

Marked my package as delivered. Wasn’t delivered. Apparently the driver has been sacked for dumping packages

Card left with no details. Looked up online and says left with neighbour but no idea which! How hard can it be to write a number on a card? Disappointed.

Absolutely disguised with this company ,on Friday said they ran into a issue with delivery and same today ,can't see an issue as we are easy to get to no secured doors fuming , avoid

Absolutely rubbish they don’t redeliver and parcel is not delivered yet they take pictures for proof?? I’ve had to pay for parcels not delivered? Why company’s use them is beyond ridiculous

Total rubbish never contact you when there is a problem they just leave it to the sender and receiver to sort out the issue they have caused. It 8s customer service without the service. If you can DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I paid for standard delivery 3/4 days,here we are 7 days later, and no parcels are still in process depot. It would have been quicker to send my parcel tied to a tortoise.
