Lost a parcel i sent

Overall service is appalling

Hermes is tops in my book!

So many parcels go astray it's unbelievable

Absolute rubbish, would not trust them whatsoever.

Hermes tracking doesn't work, parcel lost in the system yet again, not my delivery woman but the main depot Why do people still send stuff using this service ?

Delivery missed ad said they’ll try again tomorrow, it’s been 3weeks and now they’re saying they’re waiting for it. Thank god they don’t deliver babies ??‍♂️

Order item through Amazon prime with next day delivery, checked the tracking on the day supposed to be delivered and didn’t show any updates other than we are expecting to receive item soon, driver arrived with other parcels but not this one. Another disappointment from Hermes. I’ve stopped using retailers that use Hermes

2 weeks still waiting sh** service

Absolutely rubbish, parcel been at hub since Wednesday!!!!! Why?

This must be the worst delivery service in existence next day delivery still waiting six days later will be suing this mob they should change there name to herpes they are a useless bunch o scammers a disease

Quite possibly the worst company in the world. Ordered a package from US. It’s been in the UK depot for 6 weeks. No update for 6 weeks. Impossible to contact a real person at the business. Hermes is not even a one star company. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs.

Parcel left with Hermes on tuesday now Sunday and still not arrived supposed to take 3 days

Terrible company! Was meant to have a two delivered yesterday and still not sign so have cancelled plumber! Really shoddy way of doing business. Already lost another package today, how do they even exist?
