15 Nov 2021 Not happy as my package was ordered on the 15th November, but still not recieved it, not happy at all with the service

Total rubbish company, no tracking g updates, impossible to speak to a real person from customer support. A big thumbs down from me.

Avoid Hermes at all costs u will.not receive your parcel

I’ve been waiting 17 days for a delivery that they have in their hub. Reason given today it’s a bit heavy!!

I order something and Hermes was supposed to deliver on Friday 26, I got a notification saying it had been delivered to my house, I have a ring doorbell and nobody delivered anything. You cannot call enquiries because it’s all automated. So I have no comeback. I have had a very bad experience with them before and never use their services. SHAME ON HERMES

Still waiting. Its now been at the local depot for 7 days!!!

Worse parcel delivery company. Don't use waste time and money

Absolutely shockingly bad!!! Driver leaving an empty parcel on my doorstep - you could see it was open and feel it was empty. Obviously he didn't want to deal with the hassle of sending it back but I literally caught him before driving off and gave him the parcel back refusing it. Absolutely disgusting plus it took ageeees to arrive. Now I have to wait god know how long for a replacement.

Efficiently destroy the majority of deliveries. I would never send via Hermes but often receive damaged in transit from optimistic people who hope this time will be different.

Horrendous service completely disregard delivery instructions can’t be bothered to climb stairs to a flat do not use if you are sending to anywhere with stairs! Do not notify by text even though they have the number

The worst delivery company ever, minus 5 star

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my parcel that according to tracking has been at your depot for nearly a week. It is impossible to speak to a real person. It is disgraceful and you would get zero stars if it was allowed

Still waiting, tracking status is damage parcel.

Bad service unpredictable, and worst out of the lot.
