Tracking information suggests my parcel will be delivered on 21/11, it is now 27/11 and still no parcel. No updated tracking information either. Poor service, joke of a delivery company…

Last tracking information on my delivery says that Hermes will deliver my parcel on 21st Nov - it is now the 27th Nov and still no delivery. No further tracking information available..seems my parcel has just vanished. Poor service

Utter shambles 10 out of 10 for being the worst courier service every time your parcel arrives late no one should use this company ????????????????????

My parcel should have been delivered by now but dhows still sat in hub Plus the tracking is not kept updated properly

Got my order sent to my office as it is open from 8am to 5pm and always somebody there. Tracking says attempted delivery at 5.27pm. Then next tracking update 2 days later says that the office was closed at 1.19pm, clearly not true!!

Hermes picked the parcel up from sender on Tuesday and upto today Saturday I still haven't received it.

This is a terrible service, you took my money to collect and deliver a table then sent a car that it couldn’t take it and didnt refund my money , trying to contact anyone was impossible! I wouldn’t ever use Hermes and would never recommend

Never happy with hermes to the point I will yet again stop purchasing from this retailer now that delivery is suddenly by Hermes not royal mail.

Worst company ever. Delivered two full orders to two different addresses (not mine and not the one on the packages either) Told me to go back to the sellers for refund. Yesterday got a set of clippers delivered and the box is in a dreadful condition. Today they left a parcel sitting outside my door with not one knock. No wonder these delivery guys drop and run. Shameful disgusting company with no morals at all. Will never buy anything that uses this company anymore. You don't deserve the one star. I'm out of more than £170 and you are blaming the sellers? You lot delivered them to the wrong place NOT the sellers.
