Parcels always late and always a excuse. Worst delivery company. Won't be using again.

Lose packages and always late

Although they say they attempted to deliver we were in all day and no one came. No card nothing

Parcel was tampered with, ordered earrings from John Lewis, box was empty, shocking. John Lewis sent out another set with DPD, what a difference, I would personally never use Hermes.

Still haven't received my parcel it's almost 2 weeks late

Terrible service, parcel at 'local depot' for 2 days, on its way!!!! What a farce

Although the delivery driver is very nice and seems a lovely man, the company itself is horrible. The last 4 orders I have placed have used Hermes as the courier and all 4 times my parcels have been " delayed " even though I paid for next day delivery and one was next day delivery through my Amazon prime. Trying to get in contact with anyone from the company is ridiculous. It's extremely frustrating

Not happy as the parcel is for my mother & she stayed in all day yesterday the 24th of November & now she has to stay in for another day waiting not happy at all

Deliveries are never on time, each delivery from Hermes has been at least 2-3 days late, despite ordering with Prime next day delivery. When items do arrive they have been left outside. A Wedding gift for a family member was stolen because of this. I’ll be checking the courier for future items from now on. If it states Hermes will be delivering, I will order an alternative or shop elsewhere.

Always slow, couldn't care less attitude to service. The cheapest shoddiest option

Waiting on parcel still 2 days late and still not arrived. No way of contacting for alternative delivery instructions. Won't choose Hermes if I need a parcel delivered.

I am totally disappointed with your service, I am 4 days late for a package and I have not received it yet

Waited two days for this parcel to be delivered to an American Golf shop near the Monument. You have failed on both occasions and lied about it. Saying the courier couldn’t find anyone to take the parcel when the shop in question is open to 7pm on weekdays.

Instead of delivering to my door, the package was left amongst roof tiles and out in the open. Yet their delivery says handed directly to me. Done this with several packages recently
