Do not, repeat do not use Hermes. They lose parcels and blatantly lie. Multiple parcels failed to deliver to click and collect. They told sender I refused the parcel, they told another they couldn't find customer services desk. All other couriers are delivering. I will not use or buy from sellers who use Hermes. I suggest you do the same

Absolutely rubbish I’ve rated it 1 as it doesn’t give you the option to do a minus

Drivers do not know where they are going. Impossible to speak to anybody.

Why are this company still operating?

I’m only giving one start as you have to give one to be able to write a review. So disappointed with this company. Ordered a Christmas tree stand which was due to be delivered on the 19th of this month and there’s still no sign of it. Terrible customer service and completely unreliable

Mixed opinions with this company. I think it really depends on the professionalism and integrity of local couriers. I have had a number of items delivered damaged, items left on doorsteps without ringing the doorbell and more recently a lost birthday package, that is still in the process of being tracked and delivered 10 days after posting. On a more positive side some couriers are helpful and courteous.

Appalling service. Always a excuse for late delivery.

Becky our local delivery girl is great, always cheerful and polite and very hard working.

Keep delivering to wrong Address despite correct delivery address details!!
