Their servis is poor and the tracking is non existent. Can't believe that Amazon still uses them. This is second time, they have lost my returned package. The tracker identifies the package was handed at the counter ... and that is it.

I’ve been waiting for a parcel since 11th Nov. It’s now 23rd. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Worst courier company about and sbould be shut down. In the past 2 months ive had about 7 parcels disappear or turn up between 3 and 4 weeks late and then just get dumped at front door. No chap at door or nothing... would never choose to use this company.

Very disappointed, my parcel went missing. No is helping. Every time I phone , I start explaining all over again. They don’t even get anything sorted. I will never use this company again. Very disappointed

I have decided that any orders that I do online and if they use Hermes as delivery I will cancel that order..YOUR SERVICE IS VERY POOR...PLEASE CHANGE YOUR NAME THE REAL HERMES WOULD BE TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND ASHAMED...HE DID THINGS QUICK YOUR SNAIL SLOW..

Wow! What an absolute shower of rubbish. I’d give a minus rate if I could. I pay for a 2 day delivery, and 7 days later, still no sign of my package, and no way to speak to a human. The most disgusting service I’ve ever known. Your automated tracking service is beyond a joke. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Rubbish service if you can call it that they're in it for themselves. I've been waiting since Nov 5 for a next day delivery and been told "Delay due to major event"... an event that doesn't prevent them from managing to collect additional parcels to dump at their hubs and get paid for it. Surely they should not take further jobs when they can't move what they've got already. I see others have had the same problem too. No star from me but obvs won't accept so 1 to review

Supposedly tried to deliver on the 21/11/21. Must have been a very quiet delivery driver as we live in a small terrace and were watching rugby all day in the room next to the front door.

Awful services. Leaving stuff in my front garden without putting note through or emailing to let me know they put it there! Only found out as I tracked the item through ebay and it said delivered. Awful delivery service

This is an absolute joke...I've been waiting to receive my parcel for over two weeks. O never heard or received any notification from Hermes saying that you were delivering my parcel and I just find out that you're sending my parcel back ...you service is really bad and I'm making that everyone knows about it...I'll send a message to all my network to tell them about your poor service
